PropTech is experiencing a surge in interest and adoption as developers and investors are increasingly embracing technology.

Proptech start-ups have already raised over US$43 billion worldwide since 2012 according to a 2020 report by Deloitte. In 2018 alone, funding in PropTech ventures jumped by 82% year on year. The growing presence of the Greater Bay Area also drives demand for PropTech in the region.

In this event jointly hosted by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce (HKGCC) and PropTech Institute (PTI), panellists Bowie Lau of MaGEHold, Harris Sun of RaSpect, Vishalsai Daswani of MyPropty and Gary Walter of Realinflo will discuss how PropTech is powering the future of real estate.
